1) We Design Until You’re Happy
You will have peace of mind throughout your brochure project’s revision process because we do not charge hourly fees. So rest assured, our professional graphic designers will work until you are 100% satisfied.
2) Refund
You're excited about your new brochures and we are serious about providing you the best quality possible. If after receiving your initial design concept you are not 100% satisfied, tell us and we will provide a refund of your initial deposit minus 15% to cover administrative costs. No questions asked. We stand by our designs and we want you to be completely satisfied.
3) Your Brochures Will Be Printed Correctly
You will have total control of when your project is ready to send to press. Once you approve your project, that is the file that we will send to press so you can rest assured that what you approve for print is what you will get. If you receive your printed pieces and see an error that was not represented on the proof you approved for print, contact us immediately to resolve the matter.
