Payment Policy
We require an initial deposit of 50% of your total cost to begin work. Your deposit is applied to your total balance. Your deposit is protected under our satisfaction guarantee. Once you make a deposit payment you are entering contractual agreement to the Terms and Conditions stated within this website BrochureBuilders.com and the Payment Policy stated within this website BrochureBuilders.com.
Prepay for Printing
To save you money, we prepay for all printing. This simple, one-time payment allows our presses to keep their prices low and we pass those savings on to you. Once you approve a project for printing, payment of your total balance allows your files to go to press. Your job is then printed and shipped straight to you. To make it as easy as possible for you, we accept checks and major credit cards.
30-Day Timeline
We know that you want your project designed and printed in a timely manner. So do we! We strive to finish all design work and move your project into print production within 30 days of your deposit. If after 30 days of your initial deposit your project has not moved into print production, we reserve the right to request a second payment on your project. This second payment is normally around 25% of your remaining balance. Please note this is not an additional fee as the payment will be applied to your remaining balance.
