Beginning a Project

When you begin a project with BrochureBuilders.com, either by phone, email, or by clicking the Get Started button on our website, we will collect certain information that will help us work with you most efficiently. Specifically, we collect and maintain your contact information including your name, company name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone numbers, and website address. To help us get your project in motion, we also ask for your current brochure, related content, logo, and artwork you might like to see in your new brochure. This information is stored in your client file on our computer database.


Signing Up to Receive Special Offers,

Discounts, & Newsletters

When you sign up to receive special offers, discounts, and newsletters from BrochureBuilders.com, we collect your name, email address, and company name which are stored on our secured database. Periodically, we will send an email highlighting our specials and discounted products, as well as newsletters written to help you build a better business. This is a double-opt-in process, which means that when you sign up, you will receive an email containing a link to confirm your subscription. You must click this link in order to receive these special emails. Out of respect for your privacy, we provide you a way to unsubscribe. Please see the Choice and Opt-out Section.


Referring a Friend

Our business thrives on your word-of-mouth, and we love to reward our clients when someone they’ve referred to us places an order. With our Rewards Referral Form, you can send your friend an email by entering your and your friend’s names, phone numbers, and email. All information is kept private. This information is not stored, sold, or used in any way other than to send your friend an email directly from your email address. We will not contact them, solicit them, call them, mail or email them anything until they first contact us.


Making a Payment

When you make a payment to BrochureBuilders.com, you may do so by credit card or by check. Most customers prefer to pay their invoice online using a credit card. We use an outside credit card processing company to bill you for our services. These companies do not retain, share, store, or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes.


When we e-mail invoices, you will be able to access a password-protected online Customer Account Center by clicking a link in the e-mail. When you click on this link you will be invited to create a login to gain access to the Customer Account Center and pay your invoice. You will be able to see only your account information, including your billing and payment history with

When you pay us online by credit card, your transaction occurs over a secure Internet connection. Intuit, the makers of QuickBooks financial software, protects your transaction from the instant you enter your credit card information to the moment you receive payment confirmation. All sensitive data, such as credit card numbers, are transmitted using strong encryption Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), one of the most secure protocols available. Your confidential information is encrypted so that it cannot be altered or embellished during transmission, or viewed in log files.


Your credit card information is not transmitted to us in this process. However, information related to the transaction is made available to us.


You can also you request that we charge your credit card, in which case we will take your financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date) by phone and the information will be stored [in your customer detail file on our QuickBooks system]. We will only charge your credit card at your specific request.


Communications from the Site

Customer Service

In order to provide you the quickest and highest quality service, we rely heavily upon email communication. Design consultation, project revision, design proofing, and billing all occur via email communication. For this reason, we suggest that you add email from BrochureBuilders.com to your safe list. We also recommend that you download a copy of Adobe® [Acrobat®] software in order to take full advantage of our innovative Design Proof Viewing process.


Special Offers & Discounts

We will occasionally send you information on products, services, special deals, and promotions. You can sign up for these emails from us on our registration page by entering your name, email address, and company name. Out of respect for your privacy, we provide you a way to unsubscribe. Newsletters

We want to help you build a better business. To that end, we provide newsletters containing helpful information about marketing and graphic design. If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter, we will use your name and email address to send the newsletter to you. Out of respect for your privacy, we present an option not to receive these types of communications. Please see the Choice and Opt-out Section.


Choice and Opt-out

To receive emails concerning our special offers and newsletters, you must double-opt-in, which means that when you sign up, you will receive an email containing a link to confirm your subscription. You must click this link in order to receive these special emails. At any time, you may choose to opt-out of receiving communications from us regarding special offers, discounts, and newsletters. You may do this by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email advertisement. Please note that once you opt out, you are permanently flagged as unsubscribed in our database and will not receive any special offer emails. This does not opt you out of regular or standard client/company communication from BrochureBuilders.com.
