How to view and comment on your proof
BrochureBuilders.com uses PROOFHQ, one of the easiest proofing tools available. You simply get an email to let you know there is a proof to view. You click on the link to open it. There is NO SIGNING IN or passwords to remember.
Once the proof is open you can start making comments directly on the proof. Once you are done, just click the Decision button and select Changes Required. This lets us know you are done making changes and we can start work. See this video on how it works
Live online screen share option
We can colaborate together on your proof live through an online screen share that allows you to point directly at items on your proof as if we were sitting together at the same table. Very powerful feature.
